Scroll speed in Menus on Windows Touchpad is much too fast

On my MSI Summit E14FlipEvo A12MT (has a precision touchpad), the scroll speed in the Tools section is much too fast. You very easily scroll all the way to the top or bottom even if you want to stop in the middle. Please slow down that scroll speed or make it adjustable in the settings. The same holds for scrolling in the settings window.
