Can I import from Topaz Denoise?

I'm trialling Topaz Denoise. I import a RAW file from my Fuji X-T5 and it does a nice job. When I save it it will only save as a .DNG file. Which Capture One diesn't seem to recognise.

Is that correct or have I missed something?

  Hello, I'm by no means an expert, but I am invoking Topaz DeNoise by selecting Image>Edit With. I then had to change the default output format to something Topaz understands, in my case TIFF.

  First I had to associate TIFF files with Topaz in Windows Explorer. Once you have done that, Capture One will offer Topaz as an option. You can then go ahead and associate TIFF files with whatever they were before.

  Once you have completed adjustments in Topaz, Topaz will close and you will end up back in Capture One with the original RAW file in the catalog, but also the modified TIFF.

  As I said I'm not an expert and others may have more elegant ways of doing this...
