Supprt for an issue
What problem do you see this solving?
I have issue with Capture One. It has worked for years but following a computer crash, I cannot use it anymore. I can download the program under my name but cannot add photos to process. I think Capture One still thinks I have an open version, therefore will not work.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I have been emailing customer support for a couple of weeks. They have not stopped replying to me.
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
