Allow users to set the "Save To" tethering default to SD +Capture One for applicable cameras.

Allows users to not have to fiddle with the settings every time the camera goes to sleep, turns off or becomes disconnected. Saves photographers time.

Fully agree. Really important for people to have a solid/constant method to write files to two locations for back up purposes without having to constantly check or update settings.
