View Zoom control with the slider bar does not work with the Shift key like is should

16.2 bug that I just reported.
I have the view window up in secondary monitor and I put several images in it. The Shift + the mouse scroll button will zoom all of the images at the same time.

However, the Shift key and the +/- zoom control found up in the top right corner of the viewer not longer does this. It just acts like I did not press the shift key and scrolls whatever window is selected.
