histogram, overscroll, zoom

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?

1. It is possible to add an histogram display (information) for the layer Mask or for the curves, is now displayed general information (all layers). i.e. histogram information for the mask, not for the whole image

2. Add image movement on the screen (overscroll like in Photoshop), even when the image is in size on the screen (fit).

3. Zoom out (now I use a frame, but zooming out seems more convenient).
