Unable to login on ipad

Whenever I attempt to login I get this message:  The active subscription is associated with a different Capture One Account.  I don’t know know what this is…

    That´s exactly the same message I got on my iPhone - but I was able to resolve this on my iPad !
    Maybe you can try an iPhone to get it going ?
