I can't update

Hi, 

I bought my license and I activated it in Feb. 2023 I was told I get free updates till Sept 2023. When I go to check tor updates it says: New updates are available for your registered products.  I click ok and check for updates it says none available. It still shows me with Capture one 16.0.2. It say's Im up to date, and it's not. Can you help fix this for me?

  It's not uncommon that the new updates fail to show up within the app. In fact there was a bug that caused that which I think has now been put right. But you can just log on to your account on the Capture One website, and get the update from the Download page.
