Win - Viewer on dual monitor setup stays on top of float tool

On dual monitor when you have a floating tool on top of the viewer and you click on the viewer, the floating tool goes back and cannot be accessed but only if you minimize the viewer and bring the floating tool back on top.

UPDATE:

This is issue is now fixed and ready to be released. The release version which will include this fix will be the 16.2.3 so please stay up to date with your App to get the fix by the time will be available.
