Hello!

Unfortunately I can not connect my camera (canon Dmark5) with capture one 22 pro. Camera is not recognized.

I am new working with the operating system Ventura 13.4.

Tether -cable works fine.....

What can I do?

  I am not familiar with that camera, is it the correct model name? First, update camera firmware. Second, remove the memory card from the camera and start Capture One again. This is often a problem trying when tethering Canon cameras. If this doesn't solve the problem, try to disconnect and reconnect camera while quitting and restarting Capture One.
