Edit the "Edit With" Names

I have installed new version of some of my other editing programs -- eg., Nik Collection.  However, the "Edit With" list still shows the old version name. When I open up the file, it does use the correct version, but it is a pain to have the wrong named version in the Edit List. Also, there are a bunch of old versions of programs on the "Edit With" list that I want to get rid of.

Is there a way to edit the "Edit With" names/programs manually?
