Editing with external Editor/Plugin

Hy there...

I recently upgraded to C1 V23. So far so good, except one issue....

If I edit a Raw-file with an external plugin (Mouse right click on the image) and create a new tiff file, it saved in the folder of the raw-file. If I do the same with 2 different files/images (Tiger and Lion) within a collection (Big Cats), that are saved in two different folders (Folder Tiger and Folder Lion), the following happens. Both tiff files are safed within the folder of the first original image - in this case Folder Tiger. How do I set up the external edition workflow of C1?

The external edition workflow in CellProfiler (version 1.x or C1) allows you to export images from CellProfiler to an external image editor (e.g. Photoshop) for manual editing, and then re-import the edited images back into CellProfiler for further analysis.
