on a mac: in finder goto menu hold down the option key u see "library" appear..

    find all this and delete:

    • [User] > Library > Application Support > Capture One
    • [User] > Library > Preferences > com.phaseone.[anything]
    • [User] > Pictures > Capture One Default Session > Capture One.col
    • [User] > Pictures > Capture One Library > Capture One.col
    • [HD] > Library > Application Support > Capture One

also- if you want to carry specific settings, styles, keyboard settings, etc you gotta save them first from Library/application support/Capture 1

Sorry to piggyback onto this thread, but do you know what is needed to be done on a Windows PC (11) to achieve the same please?

    Many thanks

The Windows equivalent of the Mac Application Support etc is to be found in AppData, I believe, but without access to a Windows installation of Capture One I can't do more than point you in that direction.
