Can't access support page

When I do a search on google, or within the C1 site, I am unable to access the support page...

Any ideas?

    thanks g262, this is a post from 2018 and the comments are not up to date. 

    Capture One 21 (14.3.0) introduced the option to see images from subfolders for Catalogs.

    And here's a feature request to have this in sessions (be sure to upvote it): Sessions: Add the ability to view images of subfolders.

    This option has no effect when I try to use it, which I did before sending this query...

    Is there any followup?  I continue to get this issue when trying to answer questions about cp1 usage.

    hey g262 pretty hard to guess what went wrong so please consider submitting a support request with some screenshots or a screen recording
