Import problem, photos are downsizing resolution

Hello,

I have Mbp M2 max 96 gb ram and Capture one 23 / Canon R5

When I import from the SD card my photos, capture one downsize the resolution.

I shoot with this resolution: 8192 × 5464 and Capture One show me 3200x2135, the quality is also downgrade.

When I do in CO: click right / "show in the finder" In my photo folder the when I click right to get info the resolution of the photos are correct.

When I export the photo I can t export above the capture one resolution so 3200x2135 ... Pretty bad quality ...

Please help !

  You are showing the Crop tool ("Forme"). This has nothing to do with the original image resolution. Go to the metadata tool to check dimensions of your file.

  

  What do you mean with 'quality downgrade'?

  thanks for your fast answer !
  on the meta I ve got the good resolution :)
  I just change the export setting to keep the same resolution on JPG
