TRYING TETHER WITH R5 AND IT IS NOT SHOWING

I have a Canon R5 and I'm trying to connect it using a TETHER PRO cable in my Macbook Pro but after turning the camera on, it's saying in my Capture One "No camera available". Someone can help me?
