Canon RAW burst file

What problem do you see this solving?
Capture one can't open a raw file exported from a Canon RAW Burst file

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Every time I try to use capture one. 

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
Yes, I am now going to purchase DxO instead.

More info:
1) I can't import a Canon .cr3 raw burst file (multiple images). Some other apps can, but they only show the initial image. The only app I know of that can open these is Canon DPP. If any other app could, it would be a game changer. Photo Mechanic says they are working on it. 
2) I can't import a raw .cr3 single image exported from a .cr3 raw burst file.

This is the issue I opened the ticket about and the sample I attached in the previous ticket. Capture One is the only app I know of that has this issue. Irfanview even handles this fine. I have temporarily switched to DxO because of this. 
3) Capture one can open a single .cr3 raw file taken on the same Canon. 
What else can I do to help? If you fix the exported file issue, you are on par with your competitors. If you add the ability to browse and export from a canon RAW burst file, you are leading the pack.
