Beta test login disappeared
I received a notice for a new beta version, but he button to download the beta version was not working. In the process of trying to download the beta version, I unintentionally clicked on withdraw from beta testing button.How do I reenroll (can't find the link to this) and why wasn't the button to download the beta version working.

Jeff Griffin I'm no lawyer but I believe per the NDA you're supposed to confine any and all discussion of the Beta directly and only to Capture One support. Maybe I read it too strictly but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

The beta program is not secret, just the discussion of downloaded beta version, itself. However, to avoid any discussion of access problems, I am trying to work though support staff, but they are not being very responsive. Brian, can you direct me to the appropriate means/web address for resolving this technical problem?

Jerry C The only advice I can offer is to submit it here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Scroll down a bit to the white box. I'd pick the 2nd or 4th option (Question about Account, Payment, Activation or Technical Question). I wish I could offer more.

I have resolved this. Sometimes support staff do not notify by email solved issues, although they may be found by going to the user's capture one/activities site.
