More Filters for Selecting Images
What problem do you see this solving?
I have imported thousands of images into C1 to apply watermarks to identify the subjects. Many of these images cannot be edited in C1 as they are too small or the color space is not editable. I have identified a workflow that works: editing the images in another hunk of software, then returning to C1 to edit and build the watermark. It would improve the workflow if I could select only images that cannot be edited or in a particular color space. So far as I can see, the color space of an image cannot be accessed in the filter system, and neither can an overall "uneditable" flag. Is there any method to select "uneditable" images other than scrolling through thousands of images in the browser?
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
As an avid genealogist, I have scanned several thousand antique photographs and documents. About 20% of these images were scanned without regard for the color space. Many more are tiny photos that need to be scaled up for use by C1. Almost every project is affected.
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
Identifying uneditable images in the Browser is the only way that I have found find the uneditable images.

You might want to take this to the community for suggestions before you propose modifications to Capture One.

It has been posted in the community for the past few days, and so far as I can see, it has not been read. I asked for some guidance from the support folk, and they told me to put it forward as a suggestion - so I did.

In C1? No idea, other than using the "List view" of the browser, column "Status" could be interesting, not sortable but easier to spot the icons than in Grid view.

Good suggestion. The list view does show the status icon. This simplifies the task of finding images that cannot be edited. Thank you for your input. I used it this morning, and it really helps.

This is also handy for finding offline images. I wish the column could be used for sorting.
