no Dropdown Menu of Camerasetting in Capture (Sony 7R3)

Hi, 

My problem is that there is no dropdown menu for the camera Settings since I switched to Sony.

I just get the "+ & - " Buttons to select aputure/iso etc.

Is this a know issue for Sony or is there a setting for this somewhere ? 

Does anyone else have the same issue ?

I'am on Capture One 22 15.4.3.4 with a Sony Alpha 7R3
