Fix consistency in Capture One Pro: "Photo x out of y" in import/culling groups,

would like to see consistent display and presentation across Capture One. It seems some of the features where partly implemented and are still "half baked". So the same expected behavior is in fact different in different parts of the software.

Description: When importing images and enabling groups Only the first image in the group is marked with "1 of...". The other images does not have a number. I would like the images to contain numbers, Same as in LR so I will know what images out of the group it is. With 2-3 images in a group it's easy. But sometimes I have groups of 20 images.
