Fuji GFX II
I'm testing the FUJI GFX 100 II body tethered this weekend - connection drops constantly and irregularly with C1 23 (16.3.1) and my 2018 MBP running current version Ventura 13.6. I've tried using three cables (all USB C to C, I don't have an RJ45 to USB C to test), including a brand new TetherTools 15' that I keep as a backup. All three of these cables work consistently with Sony A7RIV body regardless of the port I plug into. I've tried all four ports in my MBP to see if there's a power issue in one of them, but they all do it. All three of these cables work consistently with Sony A7RIV body regardless of the port I plug into. Usually I can re-connect by just pulling cable and plugging back in, I don't need to restart C1 or camera to re-acquire camera for at least one capture. Have also tried resetting GFX body to factory defaults, and have tried quitting/restarting C1 but still have same connection drop issues. Important to note that I have no issues with any of the laptop ports with my XF and IQ3. Also FWIW I tried testing the auto bracket feature on GFX and when capturing from C1 you only get the first exposure only, and about half the time the connection drops. Focus stacking ("focus bracketing" in Fuji speak) also gets you only the first capture.
Brad Kaye at CI was reporting that he had occasional lost communication while tethering to desktop running same Ventura OS and same C1 23 - my experience has been anywhere from 20%-50% of the time. It's completely unusable on the job.
Any chance there's a fix in the pipeline?

YES!

Jason Dewey Jason, you've posted to a community forum and, specifically, to the portion where we suggest future functionality. I doubt many here will be able to help you with this. You should open a support ticket directly with Capture One. You can do so here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

15 feet is a but long for USB-C cables. I think Capture One recommends 3 meters or less otherwise the signal gets weak without a signal booster.
I am moving this thread to the Capture One for Mac area. This is not a feature request.

Hi! I'm having the exact same issue as Jason. It's beyond annoying and almost unusable on set. Can you direct me to where this issue was directed?
Thanks!
Chris
