Location on PC of drivers for USB tethering (23 Pro on PC)?

Hi folks,

I'm using 23 Pro on Windows 10.

I have the following problem:

I just did a fresh computer install. Now, when i go to:

edit > preferences > capture

I no longer see the USB / Wireless LAN options for Sony, Nikon, Fuji etc.

It's all gone!

Does anyone have an idea why this might be?

Does someone know where on the PC the relevant drivers are located?
