Hi Team
From reading info online I am presuming my problem is an unfixable bug. What are your thoughts? See image attached.

it looks as though your files are called Capture One 21.app, which would not be a valid image name.
And the answers to @...'s questiosn woudl help.

Thank you for your replies. I am not technically competent and have been scraping by for a few years. I have about 70 Capture One folders half of which are locked with the Question Mark. I had given up on these as lost until I discovered I could get a very good print from taking a screen shot of the image. I have consulted your info on this subject without success. I'm 79 years of age and have been taking photos for many years but having being recently physically compromised am now endeavouring to print the better images.
1.

2. Yes
3. No, but will do.
4. In the same place but whole folder is "Question Marked."
5. Some folders are completely questioned marked. Some folders are partially question marked. As mentioned approx. half of the the folders are compromised, the other half operate as per normal.
I have now tried File/verify Catalog which has question marked the complete catalog. A step backwards! I would like to get my images back even though question marked because, as mentioned, I was getting good results from a screen grab.

I have managed to get the images back! Including the original four. So now have all images in catalog but still with question marks. But as explained I can still print from a screen grab.....
