Hi, I have the same problem with 16.3.8.

Is there a solution? In the comments I cant find it!

    Yes!
But anytime that an user post the CORRECT solution here someone from "staff" deletes the post!

It appears that the solution here is:

    1. Shut down Capture One so its not running
    2. Find your user.config file.  On Windows, it's in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Capture_One\CaptureOne_StrongName_xxxxxx\16.x.y.z where you pick the latest version number that matches the version you have installed.
    3. Make a backup copy of that user.config file.  You can call it user.config.bak.
    4. In a plain text editor (not a word processor), remove everything in that file between the <ActivityWindowSettings> and the </ActivityWindowSettings> tags.
    5. Save those changes.
    6. Start up Capture One.  It should reset the activity window to a default location and size.

    David Marques Neves thank you!

I had the issue on version 16.4.6, and couldn't find a solution.
Your solution works perfectly and I was able to get my activities window to show.

Prior to this it wasn't displayed even when I went to Window -> Activities in the top menu.

By the way, looking at the "Y" coordinates of the window in the user.config file, it seems like the error has something to do with multiple monitors setup. The value was negative, a bit less than -1600px or something like that.

    Up-and-comer

David Marques Neves - Thanks for reposting the instructions for fixing the missing activities window.  I've posted it twice and it's been deleted each time.  Since this happens to multiple users, it seems Capture One has a bug somewhere that causes this.  They could fix it once and for all by validating that the activities window is on screen when showing it and, if not, then moving it on screen.

Darius Mihai - I could imagine that a dual screen setup could lead to this problem, but I know for a fact that it also happens to people who only have one screen so that's not the only cause.

Interesting that it also happens on single screens.

It's so weird that someone keeps deleting the instructions. What possible reason could there be? I'm happy I got here before they're deleted again.

By the way, I noticed something that might be of help to C1 crew - after I deleted everything between the <ActivityWindowSettings> and the </ActivityWindowSettings> tags, the activities window defaulted to the top-left corner of my laptop screen, even though I have CaptureOne running on an external display.

I remembered then that this was the default behavior when I installed C1 as well.

I also remember moving it around the screen just before it stopped being displayed. So it could have something to do with moving or saving the last position, even on single screen setups.
