If you want help with trouble-shooting this, you should say more about your set up. Mac or Windows (and which version)? Which version of Capture One? Where are your raw files stored? Where are you exporting to?

I am on Win10 with die latest version of CO and latest Nvidia Drivers. It doesn't matter if i work in a session or catalog, both same issue with export. Actual sessions i am working with, are stored on my SSD System drive.

Usually exports of any of my 40Mpx RAW files take around a few seconds (when i export TIFs for Photoshop editing into the standard session output folder, for example). But theres the same issue when exporting TIFs from a catalog to a final JPG.

After a while of working with CO, all of a sudden, export start to take 2-3 Minutes per export. Then the only solution is to close CO and restart the whole thing, until the export breakes again.

Do you have any cloud drive tools installed (Google Drive, Box, iCloud, etc)? Are you reading from or exporting to a cloud drive folder? That can induce significant performance penalties.

I have Google Drive installed, but it's not part of my workflow. The issue happens when exporting from and to the same system SSD.

ImgCoreProcess.exe is being started upon exporting. After export it idles at 0% CPU usually, but when the issue happens it stays at 15% CPU usage forever. Thats what i see from within task manager.

Definitely open a support case and include this along with any logs you can provide.

I'm experiencing this when exporting folders as new collections on my M1 Max Mac Studio (Sonoma 14.6.1, C1 16.4.4.24).  I just waited 1/2 hour for the export (not counting preview generation) of a new catalog from a collection of 12,000 files.  I didn't check the box to move referenced images.  C1 doesn't need to move any of the image files from their current locations, does it?
