Ability to automatically add derivative files to catalog

What problem do you see this solving?
This will save time. It has been a useful feature of Lightroom for a long time

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Every time I create Tiffs, PSDs or Jpgs from RAW images that have been imported into my catalog

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
 Yes, synchronising folder after creation of derivative files - but this takes extra time
