I can't seem to add keywords to a group of photos

Hello, with version 16 of Capture One, I can't seem to add keywords to a group of photos. In previous versions, when selecting multiple photos and entering a keyword, all selected photos would have the tag, but in the latest version, it's not working.

How can I add keywords to a group of photos?"
