Working version any time soon ?
Hello,
since version 16.3, C1 basically stopped working: Crash on startup, freeze, not responding, etc... in the first 10 minutes. One time on 10, it succeed to pass that and it works.
Is there any plan to get C1 (which is otherwise a great software) back working ?

Unfortunately, it does not match my issue. The issue happens on 3 differents machines, on different sessions and catalogs. Even on local SSD.
"As this is not an issue for most customers, the mechanism to get help is for you to file a support request with log files and engage with them 1 on 1 on your particular issue."
Already done, they logged the issue.
However, even if only 5% are affected, it would maes 5% less income...

Nicolas Det - you haven't said whether you are on Mac or Windows, and which version of MacOS or of Windows you are using. Have you checked that your OS version is supported for your version of Capture One?
