ON1 Effects and NoNoise - plugin initiation failed

After installing ON1 Effects, I get a "plugin initialization failed" in Capture One gives this error message.  This also happens with ON1 NoNoise.

Running the latest version of Capture one on a M2 MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM
