C1 Pro can no longer detect any camera, but LR Classic would
Hello,
I've decided recently to try C1 Pro for tethering since LR Classic does not support Canon R6 mark 2. I've installed it few days ago, and I'm impressed with its features. However, during a photoshoot today it stopped tethering for no reason, and failed to detect any of my cameras, but I can still tether via LR classic and Canon EOS Utility 3, which means that the cable is doing well. I make sure that no other apps (tethering apps) are running, even removed EOS utility and re-installed C1 Pro again, but no use. Does the trial version have to do anything wiht this topic? im still on the 30 days trial period and using MacOs 14.4.
UPDATE: I've discovered that if I remove the SD from the camera, Capture One detects it. How to solve this please to keep the cards in the camera and make the app detect it?
UPDATE 2: PROLEM SOLVED. Hello, I\ve faced the same issue with Canon R6mark2 and R10. if the memory card is a filled with photos, like 30% of the entire capacity or so, Capture One refuses to tether. Ive formated the SD card, and not it works fine. but this is not practical. is this a known issue with C1?
Thanks,
Mo

Hi, I've just realised this is the same problem I have on my 5Ds. It tethered without any cards in the camera but didn't when I did. Giving the cards a format has sorted the problem. Again it's not practical, but solves the problem for now.
