How to see remaining pixels while cropping?
Is there any way to change labels in the crop tool to see number of REMAINING original pixels of the original image instead of the OUTPUT pixels or dimensions?
I need to know how many original pixels remain on each dimension of the image after crop, but what the crop tool shows is numbers calculated for the selected export recipe. I need it to work like it works in the Lightroom.

The crop tool does not crop to a specific pixel dimension. It crops to a specific aspect ratio. The output (export) recipe determines the final pixel dimensions of the output file.

Hi Walter,
This is what I know. But what I need, is to crop to specific pixel dimensions :-)
Is there any way in CaptureOne to do it?

Jakub Roguski .. the only way to control the exported pixel dimension is via the export recipe. You can set the crop tool to crop to the aspect ratio of the selected export recipe. Under the "Crop" drop-down select "Output" and it will use the selected output (export) recipe aspect ratio.

If you want to see the actual number of pixels when you crop, choose an output recipe where the scaling is set to 100%, such as the built-in one I've highlighted here.

Hi Ian,
I tried, but the crop tool shows dimensions in inches and not in pixels in this case.

But you can change that. Engage the crop tool, them right click on the image. Change the units to pixels rather than inches.
