PCs with smart adjustment working and not working
I am using C1 Pro (build 16.3.8.2038) on two Windows11 machines, the main and sub.
Smart Adjustment is working on the sub machine.
But on the main machine, it is not working and the Reset arrow on the Toolbar does not highlight.
Smart Adjustment style I created on the main machine did not work on the same machine, but it worked on the sub machine.
The main machine is a recently introduced device with a clean install of C1 pro build 16.3.8.2038.
The sub-machine is a device that has been upgraded from C1 pro 23.
I tried the following:
- Reset C1 preferences as advised by Capture one community <https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/11178906264093-After-16-2-0-Update-Smart-adjustment-is-not-working>
- Downgrade install of build 16.3.0.1682
- Install of Capture One Pro 23
The results were the same. This issue is caused by the C1 settings, but I currently have no solution.

I hope this helps anyone who finds this post.
I found that the cause of this bug is language.
This bug only occurred in Windows from v16.2 to v16.5,
and I found that this is a language issue.
I use the Korean version.
Change the session or catalog name from Korean to English, re-run capture one, and import the session and catalog. This bug will disappear.
If you are using a language from another country, change the catalog or session name to English immediately and test it.
I hope you can solve your problem.
If it is not a language issue, I am sorry.
In my case, at least after a long time of trying, it was definitely a language issue.

I was using the English version of Capture One, and the session name was also in English, but I had placed the session database under a folder with a Japanese name. When I changed the folder name from Japanese to English, the Smart Adjustment started working.
