Limiting export image size as Lightroom allows for.

I'm new to Capture one and I've been able to do pretty much everything I do with Lightroom; but for one thing. I cannot limit the export size of the image to under 20 MB. Why do I need to do this? Certain upload platforms only allow for uploading images of 20 MB. My only option after editing in Capture one is to then import the images into LR and then export them with a 20 MB limit. I'm sure that Capture One doesn't want me relying on LR and paying for a LR subscription for just this purpose. I also find that  the new AI Noise Reduction in LR is far superior to Capture One; not the NR slider but the actual AI NR that takes time to run.
