Can't import from Sony A9ii

I have just bought a Sony A9ii  but Capture One (16.3.8) doesn't find any images to import from the SD card when the camera is attached to the PC. It sees the folder, but states that there are no files there.

The PC sees the RAW images using File Explorer from the A9,  and if I put the card in my A77ii, I can import as usual. I have tried both SD slots in the camera, as well as both (different) USB ports.
Can anyone help?
