Issue with Barcode Scanner

Hello,

We are using CaptureOne Enterprise along with the barcode module and scanning with the Gryphon barcode scanner. Most of the time, the system successfully captures the new barcode, but occasionally, it retains the previous barcode even after scanning a different one.

Could you please advise on any troubleshooting steps we can take to identify and resolve this issue?

    Can you outline some of the steps you have made? For instance have you programmed the scanner with pre and post characters? Are you certain and have you verified that the barcode scan script has been set in capture one? Cheers
