Unexplained image files in (Mac) trash folder
I'm using Capture One Pro version 16.3.1.2.3 on my 2019 iMac running the most current release of Sequoia (15.0). I've set up a session for a show I shot recently, on an external hard drive, which is my usual process. I'm finding the full set of files from that session, including .cot, .cof, and .cop files in my Trash folder (the Mac one - not the Capture Pro library one,) despite my not having sent any files from the session to the trash at any point. The files in the session folder are still in the proper session folders, so I'm at a loss to understand why this is happening, and concerned about the integrity of the application in actually retaining the file, though everything seems OK. I can't see anything in the settings folder that would make this an option. Am I missing something, or is this a "feature" or bug? I've noticed it with other session files I've been working on recently as well.
(I use Chronosync to back that drive up daily, but there is nothing in it that would result in this either.)
Thanks

Thanks for this. I've updated to a subscription to 16.4.6.20. The update appears to have resolved the issue.
