Picture Preview Not Showing Properly

Hi all! I'm new to capture one from Lightroom. So I imported some photos and noticed the picture preview is not loading or something is wrong. It's almost greyed out. I imported twice and it's still doing it. Please let me know what i'm doing wrong. I'm on the MPB M3 Max.
