Can't export

Please help, I get this error when exporting my photos from a frsh install of Capture One studio. See attached photos. When restarted the programe or computer it still gives the same error.

Currenlty running Studio version 16.5.0.29

Also have noticed that I don't get the the repalce background dropdown link in the side bar which is very strange.

Advice appreciated to get this working again.
