Tethering issue
Just today I picked up the new MacBook M4 Pro loaded with Sequoia 15.1. I installed C1 version 16.3.8.23 with no issues. Tethering with my Nikon D850 is sporadic and a bit frustrating to say the least. I've read on this board that Capture One folks are evaluating the issues. I'm wondering if tethering with the Nikon D850 has been addressed on the 16.3.8.23 version or will I need to upgrade to the latest version to address the problem. Hope someone lets everyone know through the community board. Thanks!

You might look to be sure your battery is fully charged and that your cable is up to spec. On my 810 I used to have this same intermittent issue.

Hello, thanks for responding. My battery was fully charged. As for my cable, I am using a Tether Tools USB-A cable. I My MacBook Pro has USB-C only and I tested C1 thru all the ports with an adapter and eventually the camera came in with no problem. As I continued to use it in the following days it seems the problem disappeared. Now when I plug in, the camera shows up in short order. Thanks again for responding. I appreciate the help.

How long is the cable? Signal degrades with length.

The cable is their standard 15 feet.

Never had any issues with the cable. This little gremlin appeared when I hooked it up to the new MacBook Pro
