Photo files are not recognized depending on the camera that took them
Photo data taken with Sony aRV is not recognized by capture one 21. Why is this? I can see data from Sony a7III.

Do you mean the a7R V? Support for that camera was not added until Capture One 23 (release 16.0.1) so Capture One 21 can't handle the files. The a7 III however has been supported ever since Capture One 11.1.
Even though both cameras produce ARW files, the files from them are not in fact the same.
