16 Layers only ?

Is it true, that is only max 16 layers ... this blocked my workflow. I woudlike to migrate from LR, but this is really hindering.

    Yes, currently that is the limit. Remember that Capture One layers are not the same kind of thing as layers in something like Photoshop. They are more akin to masks in Lightroom. How many masks would you expect to apply in LR to an image?

    I used 16 layer and I describe You where: 

    1. Global white / balance / saturation / curve
    2. Baby scarf - first place (no, this can't edit in one layer)
    3. Baby scarf - second place (no, this can't edit in one layer)
    4. Baby scarf - third place (no, this can't edit in one layer)
    5. Skin layer
    6. Face saturation / colour 
    7. Hair
    8. Tooth 1 (no, this can't edit in one layer)
    9. Tooth 2 (no, this can't edit in one layer)
    10. Tooth 3 (no, this can't edit in one layer)
    11. Eyebrows
    12. Mouth
    13. White eye
    14. Skin one person
    15. Skin children
    16. Shoes...
      ..... i need more :(

    One change, one layer... this is strange :(
