    If you want help with this, you'll have to tell us more.

    • What version of Capture One?
    • On Mac or Windows (and what version of MacOS or of Windows)? 
    • What exactly happens when you try to start Capture One? How are you trying to start it, Does anything at all happen? Is there any error message? Does it get part way, and then not complete?
    • Has it ever worked for you (perhaps in a previous version, or before some update or other) or has it never worked?

    ... and anything else you think might be useful information to help you find a solution.

    Then I installeret on the pc. Windows is not working-

    on my laptop it’s coming a dialog box and I have to put the license key in.And it’s working On my pc there are nothing happen. 

    New vision from capture on download from the site-
    I have the old vision 21 put I can’t update it. Say it can’t connect talking to servers at capture one
