Unwanted picture/layer on all photos.

FirstName LastName

Hi,
I'm quite new to C1. During my workflow, I've added this small picture/layer which is now appearing on each photo, similar to watermark. I don't remember completely how I did it, an d know I don't know how to remove this artifact! I deleted all catalogues and tried to reinstall C1.
I haven't found any thread concerning this situation! What should I do? Thanks for Help
