Capture one keeps on crashing and will not load previews

The cirle that show that capture one is calculating keeps on turning,it will not load any previews and if I manage ti get anything done, it is just for a couple of pictures. is happening for 2/3 days now.

I am on Apple M1 Max from 2021 and running Sonoma 14.5. Could it be that the problems started since my Mac installed the sonoma update ?
