any XF users with Leica cameras as alternatives?

Folks,

I have an XF IQ3 80 system and have been happy with this...however, i feel i am limited during travel and social occasions not to mention casual shooting during travel etc. The XF almost always requires setup time and does not allow me to shoot impromptu, hence making me miss "normal" situations.

How do other Phase One users deal with this? Have you considered Leica M? Is the phase one mirrorless an option?
