First aid, go to File menu > Verify Catalog or Session and select your session or catalog.

And: copy the images to a folder first, and import from that folder. There could be something with the card.
If Capture One still crashes, split the folder into two folders, each with half of the images. If one folder imports successfully and the other not, there is probably a corrupt image in one of the folders.

It didn't work. Still crashing on import. Can't import any picture from anywhere.

Try a new Catalog or session or whatever you use.

If you have already attempted that then re-boot the system 2 or 3 times without starting C1 in case the are broken temporary files somewhere in the system.

Sometimes that simple process can help the OS to clean up temporary stuff that may be obstructive.

If no luck with that then you may need to see what you can interpret from the log files to get some idea about the stage at which the import process is failing.

Also double check the settings or, preferably, set them up anew.

No guarantees here but all things worth trying that should not take long.

Deleted all Sessions and Catalogs then uninstalled Capture One 20 and then reinstalled. Working Now! 😄

How do you delete all sessions and all catalogs? I have a non functioning C1 20 for Sony.
