Style pack download link missing

Hi there all,
I have purchased a c1 v20 licence along with the retro style pack, but I cannot locate any download links for
the style pack. There is no link in the receipt email, or in my order history. Support hasn't replied to my support ticket. Any ideas? Am I missing something?

  You could look at your fastspring-account where you bought the styles. Or maybe the mail with the links from "Capture One Support <mailer@fastspring.com>" is in your spam-folder?
