How to delete a session

I normally use the catalog but thought that I would try using a session. Having created my session, I then tried to delete my test session but can't see how to do it. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

I am using C1 11.2 on OS X 10.12.6

  If none of the images are referenced in your catalog, and you want to delete the images too, just delete the whole session folder using Finder.
  
  If your images are referenced in your catalog, or for other reasons you want to keep the image files that are in the session folders, only delete the session file (which has a name along the lines of MySession.cosessiondb).

  I am using Windows 10. Is Finder the same as Windows Explore? One just finds the directory that contains the session and deletes it.
