I think that you won't be able to get the in-camera NR into Capture One, because it is something the camera does after capturing the raw file, but Capture One just brings in the raw file in its original form, without any adjustments made to it.

In addition to Ian's reply I would think it is extremely unlikely that the NR instructions that Nikon create for internal processing in camera would directly translate to instructions that Capture One uses for its own approach to Noise processing.

Now if Nikon (or others) were to produce, in camera, a pre-processed "RAW" file with the adjustments embedded when they have been used (as well as the original unadjusted RAW perhaps?) it might be that some middle ground between using only true RAW or the processed jpg output could be agreed.

However as each manufacturer would most likely "do their own thing" (as Nikon do with their own software) and might well wish to protect their investment in technology I could imagine there could be a few challenges to emulating such things exactly even of there was a large enough user demand for it - which is probably unlikely unless if becomes a standard feature on all models from each large manufacturer.

Maybe it is the sort of thing that could be developed as an add-on and separately licenced in a way that would satisfy the needs of the original developers?
